Mexican/ immigration
Message de rigby2727 posté le 20-05-2017 à 19:35:54 (S | E | F)
Bonjour ,
en fait j'ai un devoir à faire en anglais sur l'immigration mexicaine , faire une sorte d'article et j'aimerais que vous me disiez ce que vous en pensez et si je n'ai pas fait de faute ^^.
Merci d'avance.

A few days ago , i had the occasion to interview Pedro , a Mexican – American
banker in a bar about the mexican immigration and it's there he told me the story of the arrival of his family in America.

He told me than his grand-father Daniel came to the USA in 1995 to fleeing poverty and help this family, he came with the help of a smugglers that he paid who gave him instructions like « cross the night of the new year » or the place where he
must cross to succeed. His grand-father worked hard in fields until he had enough money to welcome his family.

Now Pedro is thankful and proud of the way
his grand-father traveled because
he made it only for his family, to
get a better future and the fact
that he almost died during the crossing because it is dangerous.

Utilisez l'adverbe anglais "alors") he told me the story of the arrival of his family in America.

He told me than(erreur de "que", celui là va avec le comparatif) his grand-father Daniel came(il faudrait un plus que parfait ) to the USA in 1995 to fleeing(pour + verbe, notion de but, c'est bien to mais suivi de la base verbale, l'infinitif sans to.) poverty and help this(his ou his?) family, he came with the help of a smugglers( singulier) that(erreur de pronom relatif. Smuggler est un humain) he paid who gave him instructions like « cross the night of the new year » or (la construction grince, le verbe auquel s'accroche "the place" est gave, il faudrait peut-être remettre un verbe comme montrer)the place where he
must(à mettre au prétérit) cross to succeed. His grand-father worked hard in fields until he had enough money to welcome his family.

Now Pedro is thankful and proud of the way his grand-father traveled 2 l en anglais) because
he made it only(ce only peut être mal compris, je remplacerais par "spécialement") for his family, to get a better future and (manque un "à cause de")the fact that he almost died during the crossing because it is(prétérit) dangerous.

musted cross. His grand-father worked hard in fields until he had enough money to welcome his family.

Now Pedro is proud of the way
his grand-father travelled because
he made it especially for his family, to

that he almost died during the crossing because it was dangerous.

Bonjour
musted est faux il faut mettre son remplacant au prétérit.
Daniel camed est faux. Mettre un ed sur un prétérit déjà irrégulier ne se fait pas. Et puis il fallait du plus que parfait (had + part passé )
Because of plutôt que due to.

Hello !

Il reste quelques erreurs !

- he came with the help of a smugglers he has paid who gave him instructions like who gave him instructions like « cross the night of the new year » or show him the place where he had to(le modal qui exprime un "conseil" serait meilleur...) cross.
Now Pedro is proud of the way
his grand-father travelled because he made it especially for his family, to get a better future and because of the fact that he almost died during the crossing because it was dangerous.(trop de "because" dans cette dernière phrase!= clumsy!)

j'ai d'ailleurs ajouté cette phrase : "Even if it’s a story with an end rather happy because he succeeded his life, there is many mexican who missed this opportunity and will try all they life to flee poverty by migrating in USA."

est-ce correct ? quel sont les fautes?

Bonsoir
Est-ce correct ? quel Quelles sont les fautes?

A few days ago , I had the opportunity to interview Pedro, a Mexican – American banker in a bar about Mexican immigration and then he told me the story of the arrival of his family in America.

He told me that his grand-father Daniel had come to the USA in 1995 to flee poverty and help his family, he came(on pourrait aussi mettre he had come) with the help of a smugglers(singulier, pas de s) he has paid who gave(on pourrait dire who had given, pour respecter la concordance des temps du premier Daniel had come) him instructions like who gave him instructions like « cross the night of the New Year » or show(plus que parfait: qui lui avait montrer qui lui avait dit) him the place where he had to cross (ou, comme le dit here4u, ou il devrait traverser). His grand-father worked hard (avait travaillé pour la concordance des temps) in fields until he had enough money to welcome his family.

Now Pedro is proud of the way his grand-father travelled because
he made it especially for his family, (si he made it signifie, il a réussi, ça va, sinon si c'est juste il a fait ça pour sa famille, c'est le verbe do) to et a better future and because of the fact that he almost died during the crossing because it was dangerous.(pour éviter le deuxième because, il suffirait de mettre dangerous en épithète de crossing)
"Even if it’s a story with an end rather happy(à placer devant end) because he succeeded his life, there is(pluriel) many mexican(majuscule + pluriel) who missed this opportunity and will try all they life to flee poverty by migrating to the in USA."
