Correction/radios pirates

"I don't know if you know what were pirate radios. Pirate radios were an incredible very popular thing during the 60s. Sit down, I am going you to speak about it a little more. During the last 60s, a kind(genre) of radio became very popular: pirate radios. This kind(genre) of radio was considered, in reality, as illegal. Why? Because the music kinds(genres), for example the Rock 'n' roll, which were broadcast(diffused) were not authorized by the laws. To avoid it, pirate radios were on boats, on seas and oceans, not to be reachables by the laws. For this period I was in my twenties, and I was a DJ in a pirate radio and it was really fabulous. My lifestyle was very different from the one that you have today. I lived on the boat of the radio and I was very well there. Every morning, I woke up, I turned my turntables and my microphone, I put my headphone on my head and I started the radio. Once that makes and that I was behind my turntables, I already knew that the day could be only good. Even if it was illegal, even if the living conditions were not excellent and even if certain days were harder than others, I liked making that because I knew deep inside me/within me that people listened to the radio and liked it. Furthermore, I was not alone, a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere was present on the boat. I remember myself moreover of a very particular day when we had returned to the port(bearing) to get fresh supplies, people came to see us to congratulate ourselves and compliment us. It really made me happy (glad) and urged me to continue. It was really an incredible experience(experiment) which makes me nostalgic only to speak about it because it was a passion, a lifestyle which could not be replaced. I am not going you to speak about it longer, I am now going to make you listen to the music which we broadcasted."

Encore MERCI !

During the last 60s, a kind of radio has become very popular: pirate radios. This kind of radio was considered, iactually, as illegal because the sorts of music, for example Rock 'n' roll, which were broadcasted weren't legal. Est-ce correct ?

Merci pour l'aide
