Correction/hitchhiking
Message de hendrix13 posté le 14-01-2014 à 19:49:23 (S | E | F)
Bonjour,

Je rencontre des difficultés en anglais et je voudrais savoir si quelqu'un pourrait m'aider à corriger deux textes que je dois rendre dans la semaine,
Merci d'avance.

The narrator's trip started in New York. At the Beginning of the text he is in Chicago and he intends to hitchhike to the West on Route 66. From New York City to Joliet the narrator took a bus and From Joliet to a place in Illinois he took a Dynamite truck. Then his journey continued from near a roadside stand in Illinois to a bridge near Davenport. This is a woman who picked up the backpacker stop which had the thumb up. During this trip the backpacker was relieved and fascinated to see The Mississippi River. The woman was nice to him and she trusted him. When the Narrator was on the edge of the prairie he was disappointed because motorists were distrustful because there was a risk of being mugged. In the Iowa campaign there was little light and the backpacker was aware that he could be hit by a car.

Yes thumb a lift is a project that might interest me. The Hitchhiking allows to learn new things and meet new people and discovering new countries and new cities. Although hitchhiking is dangerous and there is a risk of be run over I'd like to try this means of transport which is very economical. For example hitchhike to discover an entire continent like South America would be nice. But hitchhiking is not the most efficient way to travel because many drivers do not stop and you lose a lot of time waiting for a car.

Si vous n'avez pas forcément compris ce que je veux exprimer dans une phrase, n'hésitez pas à demander...
