Hello,
I have got a question again.
What is the difference between " off sick" and " sick leave"?
Thank you for your help.
Have a good day!
Sabrina

Hello,

We say sick leave when we want mention the action(as a noun). But as I know we use off sick is somehow an adjective phrase. We say "I was off sick." Versus "I got a sick leave."
By the way,I'm a non-native Anglophone and I don't know whether or not I implied the note.
Have a nice time.

Hello,

When a worker is absent from work because of ill-health and his employer continues to pay him during this period, this is called sick leave. In some companies this is a matter of company policy, subject to a certain time limit.."Off sick" simply means missing because of illness.
