Is this adjective grammatically correct?
More-than-eighteen-year-old
As an example: Just more-than-eighteen-year-old people are allowed to drive.
I know we can use shoulder-length or on-the-line.

Hello
It sounds very awkward and overly complicated to say it that way. It would be better to say:
Only people over (the age of) eighteen can drive.
We don't generally use long hyphenated adjectives when something simpler will work better.
