Bonjour
on doit jouer des petits rôles en anglais. J'ai le rôle d'un chef d'entreprise accusé de mal gérer son entreprise.
N'ayant pas un niveau correct en anglais j'aurais aimé si c'est possible quelques corrections de mon texte. ^^'

I own an oil company. At the rear of my property there are several tanks containing flammable liquid.
My company has been inspected 3 years ago and everything was fine.
Then a subdivision was built next to the company and the complaints have multiplied against the smell. For me there is no smell unbearable.
In October a storm destroyed the power lines. The power company said it would fix it. In the meantime I used generators. But when the power company wanted to fix it blew my tanks for generators. They destroyed a part of the subdivision.
_ Indeed we are there since the 70s when the subdivision is only here for 5 years.

-NO it's not my fault, as I have said, a small repair was needed and the source of the accident has nothing to do with me. This is the repair company that has been carelessly without it, there would have been no explosion.
