I have studied english for 3 years and the only problem is that i do not practise at all this language .so i really need someone to speak with him.

I would like to speak English with a person born in Great Britain, in preference from Scotland or England, because I have Skype and I prefer to improve my English by talking directly with people and it's free by this way.
